Prices depend on the time of year and occupancy.

January 1 - March 31:  75 €

April 1 - April 30: 90 €

May 1 - May 31: 110 €

June 1 - June 30: 120 €

July 1 - August 31: 130 €

September 1 - September 30: 120 €

October 1 - October 31: 110 €

November 1 - December 31: 75 €

Since the apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room (4 beds, 2 extra beds, and a sofa bed), the maximum occupancy is limited to 6 adults. Alternatively, 4 adults and 4 children—though that would be quite an extreme 😊. We do not provide a baby cot.

For each stay, we charge a final cleaning fee based on the number of people:

• Up to 4 people (living room, 2 bedrooms): 100 €

• Each additional person: 10 €

A non-refundable deposit is due within 2 weeks of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival.
