Prices depend on the time of year and occupancy: 1 bedroom - 2 people, 2 bedrooms - 3 or more people.

Since the apartment has 2 bedrooms and a living room (4 beds, 2 extra beds, and a sofa bed), the maximum occupancy is limited to 6 adults. Alternatively, 4 adults and 4 children—though that would be quite an extreme 😊. We do not provide a baby cot.

For each stay, we charge a final cleaning fee based on the number of people:

• 2 people (living room, 1 bedroom): 1,700 CZK (70 €)

• 3-4 people (living room, 2 bedrooms): 2,200 CZK (90 €)

• Each additional person: 150 CZK (6 €)

A non-refundable deposit is due within 2 weeks of booking. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to arrival.
